daily water ekkuva thagandi... 6litrs may be chalaa ekuva emo.. i donnoo.. i read somewhere that 3litrs of water is same as you burn 350 calories anta...

stop eating night time.. ekkuva thinakapothee hair loss chalaa untundhiii... protein food like egg whites and all theskovali... or else later you suffer alot...

egg whites and alomonds weekly thrice thinochu.... remaining days lo half avacado ( ekkuva calories untai) theskunte better...


stop eating rice... weight will be in your control...

what's problem? emavuthundi....? manam body ki energy ivvakunda aapeysthey problem.. nenu andukey paina cheppanu honey with lemon juice andulo calories emi undavu but body ki avasaram ainaa protiens untay.. so ventaney energy vasthundi without calories body pani cheysthundi avasaramainaa calories fat nundi teesukuntundi... idi doctors cheppindhey nenu kotthagaa emi cheppaledu.... mana pooranallo kooda undi... and bagaa laavu unna varu 2 days cheysthey inkaa manchidi.. one day honey with lemon juice second day total juice i mean only liquid day anthaa ..... alaa cheysina problem emi kadu...

yeah.. too much water kuda manchidhi kadhu.... think about it... research chesii decision thesko... daily 4litrs water is enough... face fresh gaa untundhi anta kuda
