[/quote] Let me tell you Bal thakre or raj thakre Ee patiki Tihar jail lo vundali kaani.. Govt. has its own limitations.. Public has every right to express their opinon and Govt/courts will act as per law but may be bit slow.. that doesn't mean he will escape Scot free rather these kind of extra publicity he will become hero among that particular community like thakre etc...which not good for society so let police act and we support the punishment but try not to make him another HERO
