pirra_gichhutha Posted January 4, 2013 Report Posted January 4, 2013 ee situation gurinchi advice ivvandi...okadu oka job chesthunnadu in company X and its a FT and he is in opt extension....but vadu pani chese company everified kadhu so vadu pay roll vadiki tie up unna vere company (company Y) tho run cheyisthunnadu.....ee year april lo H1 file cheyyali and june mid lo opt ext aipothundhi....so ipudu H1 vachesi company X gadu file chesthadu and lets say for some reason june 15 (opt extension aipothundhi by then) ki kooda result rakapothe cap gap will kick in kada....so ee cap gap lo can he work for company Y (I mean payroll will still be with Y since X are not everified)...... lekapothe cap gap lo shud he be working only with company X.....endhuku aduguthunna ante company X filed H1 kada.....mari cap gap valid undali ante shud he be working for same X.....or alanti restrictions emi undava....please help re
