same formulaa nenu 7yrs back apply chesanu nenu btech lo unnappudu.

nenu actual ga 68kgs undevadini btech 3yr lo and summer holidays ki intiki poyi full ga thini thini 8kgs periga 2mnths lo.

appudu diet plan apply chesaa..

daily breakfast 3idli(no chutney katraa)

lunch curd rice

dinner curd rice or plain chapathi or 3 idly again

akali vesinappudu full bottle water thage vadini and i lost 11kgs in 18days.

but ee plan lo food control ki narakam kanipistundhi because potta pagiley la thiney vadini sudden food control antey kastam kadhaa

varam lo 6-6 days atla chesi..one day.. biryani..or 4 beers thagithe em changes untalev mama... overall ga no weight loss..anduke neeku results kanipistunnaya ani adigaa..
