but I am slim...overweight kuda kaadu.....average built frame ana maata..


all i want to get is increase body frame...and gain some muscle..a process lo weight oka 10lb gain aina parledu..

height-5'6 weight as of now..145-150 madyalo untadi..

yeah doing this at home..4 sets kaadu kaani 2 avutunnai....penchali count aite..

Nenu every day oka body part meeda focus.
No same exercise in a week.
nenu anthe 10 tho start ipudu 30, nenu Powerblock konna super unnai.

roju diet
1. podunna optimum nutrition 2 scoops with breakfast
2. 6 ounce chicken breast with white rice.
3. evening protien bar
4. night exercise taravata "After Shock recovery" and fish and white rice to feed your muscle.

same following from 4 months, lost 14 pounds. ipudu chala lean ga unna, now started lifting weights and still doing cardio to get rid of extra fat.

Choodam inko 6 months chesta, if i see results continuw chesta lekapothe lite.
