C# also will work...

Operating systems (IOS or Windows) work with c , c++. But, Any program (C#, Java) can be run on those operating systems. Because, These c# and java are platform independent languages.

We are not doing App. We converted one web application which existed already, to mobile application. (Its not an APP). We already moved to production. It is working excellent except the above indicated problem.
