Yo_Whatsup Posted January 19, 2013 Report Posted January 19, 2013 cold ki videos endi vayya...mari ekkuva unte clinic ki velli chooyinchuko, night padukune tappudu socks vesuko feet warm ga untayi..relief ga untundi...fluids ekkuva teesuko like fresh juices (intlo chesukunte better) ....and manchi humidifier konukko intlo..inka kavalante aa humidifier lo zandu balm kuda vesuko (if u r ok with that ghatu smell), sore throat lantivi undavu humidifier tho.... inka alage unte clinic ki vellu..medications tho tondaraga taggutundi... hope u get well soon ...tc

kane99 Posted January 19, 2013 Report Posted January 19, 2013 humidifier konukko ...it really helps a lot...cold vachindhi ante its not that you eating or drinking cold items..body lo heat ekkuva ayyinaaa cold vasthundhi..... prasthutaaniki nuvvvvu miryaaalu milk thaaagu...also no head bath.... humifdifier pakka ga okkati konukko... heater normal pettu around 70-75 range... Eucalyptus oil( walmart, target or google ) konukkonnii nee pillow paina koncham sprinkle cheyyii also handkercheif ki koncham vesi nose ki katttukooo... it will give you relief.. PS: I'm a past experienced guy, now feeling good... trust me it really works...
