Daily 2 miles running bhayya.

10 mins break icchi.


oka 3 sets of 12, abs chesthunan.

anthey, edantha oka 30 mins padutundi.

oka 1 month nundi chetshunna...................no change :(

diet control specific ga emi cheyyatledu, ma schedules ki kudaraka. :o


generally, epudu manalo change kanipistadi ?

running u said it is good...... kani chala chotla chadiva abs musle build avtundi kani muscle kinda fat untundi ani...... so oka one month running tho patu konchem belly exercises emana cheyi not like abs.....

nuvu running chestey potta tagadu even same na condition lo kuda antey..... but running chestey side ku una fat anta karugutundi.... motam potta tagali antey diet mari ekuva kaka poyina konchem ana maintain cheyali....


na suggestion enti antey running and some exercise for belly ila oka 1 month chesi tarvta weights and abs chestey tagutundi.........

belly fat mostly greasy food and salt food thinatam valla vasthundhi.....

nacl untundhi.. kabatii... water is the best solution... early morning water thagatam chalaa manchi option. .

y dont you go for jog on weekends.. juices lo kuda sodium untundhii chala... one month salt thagginchi try cheyyandii.. may be results undochu.. sure ga..

Koncham diet kuda control chestey oka 1 or 1 and half month lo kanipisthadi bhaiyya...kanipiyaledu ante...Workout ekuva chesi koncham Diet paina strict undalsi osthadii...ala chesaka one or two weeks lo ne change kanipisthadi...kanipiyakapothey malli same diet strict chesi workout penchu...

Babulu, & papalu, 1month lo change emi kanipinchaduuuuuu... strict ga diet & excercise 3months cheste then u can find little bit change. Net calories for a week 3500 tagginchagalgite u'll lose 1pound !!! So lets suppose 20 pounds taggali anukunam, enta time padinattu ??????????

okesari anni maanalante kashtam, sudden ga laavu ekkamu, sudden ga fat kuda vacheyaduuuu. ee satyalu last year telusukuni avakku ayyi, ippudu excersise lu & diet lu started.. Anduke deadline 2013 !!!!
