veeruN Posted February 22, 2010 Report Posted February 22, 2010 jail time emi vundadu....aa court date roju store valla lawyer and store manager kooda raavachu...ippudu mottam valla chetilo vundi....memu tappu chesamu ani oppukunte,,,store vaadu $1000 ani antadu....vaadi istam...so best thing is go and talk to the store management and tell all about your situation....that it is gonna reflect on your status and say you are students and cant pay much...but offer some thing....try to persuade him to withdraw his case...if he asks too much,,,decide among your friends if you can pay that...if you can,,,,do it....the thing is he has all the proofs....so there is no point in hiring a lawyer and fighting...you will lose the case and there will be more punishment..you can even persuade the judge saying that you are sorry for what you have done....say that you can pay fine (not huge) or say that i am ready for any community service....just ask him that the matter doesn't get recorded...judges can do that....they will punish with fine but can also order police to erase the case from his/her record.....Be genuine in the court.... but as i said this is last option...go to the store management firs
