Chala kastam edo anukunnaa. roju full ga thinnavadini okka sarigaa fud thagisthey lopala akali tho chastunna


[b]naa diet everyday:[/b]

[b]1) [/b]Morning Breakfast 1 cup orange juice/oka apple (morning 7:30 ki)

2) 2 chapathi with some curry (11:45 ki morning)

3) oka apple/green tea(2:30 ki afternoon)

4) oka fruit edainaa(no banana at 5:30pm

5) 2 chapathi with some curry at 8pm

and done

everyday 1hr workout(running or walking)

mellaga potha weights ki konchamthaggina taravata

babai ... early hrs lo only citrus products never suggestible... nee stomach lo acid content perige chance untadi... have something along with orange juice... and with whatever ur eating definitely nuvvu thagguthav but completely weak aipothai... even that is not suggestible...

eat carbs but do workout more...

nee diet chala dangerous ga undi vayya.... poddune konchem heavy food teeskovali... madhyanam night salads fruits tho kaniyachu
