nuvvu entha tinna farakh vunadhu..

avoid rice and choclates and sugar products.. eat regular food..

but eat in time.. dont eat after 7:30 - 8:30 pm.... avoid beer.... and nuvvu baaga pushups chei abs chei.... otherwise nuvvu vichitramina shpaes loki veltavu..

like you will be slim but belly will be big..

Breakfast : Heavy ga thenu...Less Carb Moreeeee Protien.....Best sources any plant based PROTEIN Shake (Look with more Lucien [i], THIS WILL TRY INCREASING UR METABOLISM, TO BREKDOWN THE FAT [/i] )

Lunch : ni istam (Get some Carb )...ni istam antea pichekinchodhuu limited ga ;)

Dinner/Supper : eat some grilled chicken or Fish---idi chala easy ba.....okachinna Grill konnukoo (target lanti stores lo untindhi (~20-30$)).......Chicken breast oooo.....fish ooooo thesukoni koncham salt pepper lime juice, max dont use ani oil (Olive bttr).....ani pusi aaa grill lo pettu......nu oka short film chusea lopala antha iypothundhi..nee prameyam ledunda(~30Mins)


MOST IMP THINGS

1.NO SUGAR --- no sugar, bttr use Zero Calorie......Sugar is really bad
2.NO Sodium -- try take food with less sodium content.....
3. NO NO NO SODA
4. Start Skimmed milk.....
5. EAT a lot of Cucumber (Keera antaru)......super fat burner......us this as snack
6.5-10 Almonds, marri ekuava thintea asalikea mosam
7.if your are Vegi lover......eat them as snack

ONE LAST THING TRY REDUCING YOUR APPETITE....manaki oka FULL MEALS chesthea thappa...potta nindadhu....get the feeling down

sorry last but the Least....Can loose weightout Working out......Start slow......really slow....and once you see some change..you will automatically increase ur workout schedule
