If your employment starts after OCT i think they don't have to be everified (Okkasari conform chesuko). As far as i know for H1b there is no such rule that you have to work for a e-verified employer

No need.. My employer is not e-verified and they applied H1 for me and it is also approved. e-verified is a process that the employer have to update about his list of employees (to uscis every year or quarter something). It needs great HR care and everything.. any mismatch issue vastadi like to fire some employees. so konni companies prefer cheyavu..
