Prime Vendor Tho Ela Matladamantaru?

Na proj monna Nov lo start aindi...Client ki ma emplyr ki madyalo idaru vendors....prime vendor (Indian Firm) and middle layer emo inko jaffa company.

naku chala takkuva pay osthundi the only reason i took this proj up is Last year ending lo calls em sakkaga lekunde so ochinde maha bhaygam ani join ayya...

Ahh middle layer ni tesethey koncham pay peruthademo ani anukuntuna...Dini gurinchi prime vendor(Indian Comp) tho
1)emani matladamantaru...?
2)etla matladi convince cheyamantaru....?
3) Suppose vadu oopukoledu anukondi and afterwards nenu oka 1month tarvatha 2weeks notice ichi proj vadilesthey em prob create cheyadu kada.?

middle layer vundi ani telusu antunnav kabatti direct ga adigeyochu...i just want to wrk for u directly thro' my company instead of so and so company ani...vadu kudirthe cheptaadu..ledu v vll consider only the employees from those company ani ante...nuvvu inko job choosukuni notice icchey...
