Yes Requirements for this drop box model vachi

same employer undali.. first time india lo stamping ayyi undali.. madyalo different status ki change ayyi undakoodadu.. prastutaniki ivi main.. then you are eligible for this dropbox method..

and main di enti antey after you drop the documents consular officer should feel you don't need to attend visa interview. if he feels you need visa interview, they will cancel that appointment, you have to restart process like regular one.

I read two posts on murthy forum people got rejected and are planning to go to regular interview again ani.. never read any success one's as of now (may be miss kuda ayyundocchu)..

Yes, There set of conditions you have to met then you are eligible for waiver program. The first rule is to previous H1B visa stamping must be in India .. my friend applied and she got approved within 15 days, She is with same employer , same client etc...
