[*]Plan, design and develop technical solutions and [url=""]alternatives[/url] to meet business requirements in adherence with standards, processes and best practices.
[*]Lead day to day system development and maintenance activities of the team.

[b]Education[/b][list]
[*]Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or [url=""]Engineering[/url] or equivalent [url=""]work[/url] experience.

[b]Knowledge/Experience[/b][list]
[*]Pega PRPC certified professional
[*]Version 5.X + 2 years experience
[*]Java 3+ years experience
[*]WebSphere Preferred
[*]RAD Preferred
[*]Experience working with Oracle Preferred
[*]XML, HTTP, SOAP Prefferred
[*]Broad understanding of Software Engineering Concepts and Methodologies is required.
[*]Agile experience preferred
[*]AUT, TMF, IAC experience is a Plus
