No coffee,Only Green Tea(Helps Burning the fats)

Lunch ki --:definite ga chicken untadaetattu soosukuntaa..so chicken salad prefer sestha(no dressing)

snack time -->just some peanuts,almonds n some boiled corn

Gym --> 45 mins thread mill(wouldnt miss it)

inka weights common..!!

Dinner -->Brown Rice,Veggies,chicken breast grilled daily
