gundugadu Posted January 10, 2013 Report Posted January 10, 2013 naku awork avuthundi i have loaded some sample data into txt file with "," as delimiter here are table details Col1smallint col2 varchar col3 char col3 is holding the value like 001,002 till 999 and i am able load the data into txt file. i suggest convert the field where you are trying to get leading zero into Char PM me for more details

Data loader tool use chestuna daniki. It accepts only CSV extension files. TXT lo vosthondi kani anku in CSV kavali mama.
gundugadu Posted January 10, 2013 Report Posted January 10, 2013 baaaaa here is the solution i am able to do it While laoding the data into csv file create the falat file connection with text qualifier as "" this will treat the data coming from the table as text irrespective of data type i was able to open the CSV file with leading zeros like 001 and 002
