i think thanani nee dependent laga file chesthu unte and nuvvu fee kadithey danini claim chesukovachu anukunta...upto a certain extent... kani i would suggest you to reach out to a tax attorney

yes it is possible? u should file as married and filing jointly.....you can put school fee as expenses .....
