The time has come to rock on! Everyone loves a bit of big, fat guitar from time to time, but the one we are about to present you is bound to rock your head off![/size][/color][color=#252421][size=1]
It’s the [b]world’s biggest guitar[/b], with the whopping size of 43.5 feet (13.25 m) and a total width of 16 feet (4.9 m). What’s interesting about this giant is that it is actually a playable guitar. You might need to be 70 feet tall and own a guitar pick the size of an average TV, but hey, it’s playable.[/size][/color][color=#252421][size=1]

The mega-guitar itself is a part of the ‘Guitar: The Instrument that Rocked the World’ exhibition at the Carnegie Science Center. Created by the National Guitar Museum, it weights an astonishing 2,255 lbs (1,023 kg).[/size][size=1]
The model upon which the guitar was crafted is the legendary Gibson Flying V, played by such giants as Jimi Hendrix, Eddie Van Halen, Albert King and many others.[/size]

What’s also interesting is the fact that the employees gathered around the entire project once jammed a tune together on this mammoth guitar, and the track was non-other than Smoke On The Water, rock classic for all ages performed by Deep Purple.[/size][size=1]
And the sound? Well, not that good. But you can’t say you actually expected the sound quality would match the size, right? Anyhow, it is still the [b]biggest guitar in the world[/b], it has the coolest shape ever, it works, and that’s all it matters.[/size][size=1]
