ye maaya chesave Posted January 13, 2013 Report Posted January 13, 2013 [color=#000000] [b]Performances;[/b][/color] [color=#000000] [b]Mahesh:With this movie mahesh has proved once again his mettle.With his excellent performance and massive screen presence he took the character to next level.[/b][b]His comedy timing is fantastic and provided entertainment with his oneliners.[/b][/color] [color=#000000] [b]Venkatesh:Though his role is subdued for the most of the time.He performed very well in post interval scene and cimax .He added value to the movie with is presence.[/b][/color] [color=#000000] [b]Other Artistes: Prakashraj was natural and lived up to his potential as a father and honest person.Rao Ramesh got a prominent role after a long time and he was quite good,he tried his fathers's style of diction in this film.Anjali was superb in an important role.[/b][/color][color=#000000] [b]Samantha does'nt have much scope as love interest of mahesh but she made her presence felt .Jayasudha and rohini hattangadi were apt.Kota and tanikella bharani were fine.Ravi babu 's role was abruptly ended. Murali moham appears in a short role.Others were okay.[/b][/color] [color=#000000] [b]Technical Departments:[/b][/color] [color=#000000] [b]Story-Screenplay-Direction:Storyline is wafer thin,Director did not tried to insert dramatic moments or typical sentiment scenes.he just showcased on all the happnenings and natural emotions in a family with giving high importance to the brother relationship.There are many instances were the director's brilliance is shown like entire thread of conflicts between brothers was good, especially pre interval and post interval scenes,mahesh-rao ramesh dining scene ,Anjali pelli choopulu scene and scene between anjali-jayasudha-rohini hattangadi post to that scene.Entire bhadrachalam episode was handled well and anjali-venkatesh scene.[/b][b]First half is nice with good pace.2nd half as some lag but again picks up towards climax.[/b][/color] [color=#000000] [b]Other Departments:Dilaogues by ganesh patro and sreekanth addala are good and natural.Songs by Mickey J Mayor are good and Background score by Manisharma was helpful to the film.Camera work very good with rich visuals.Editing was fine.[/b][/color] [color=#000000] [b]My Rating:7.5/10[/b][/color] [color=#000000] [b]Analysis:Seetamma Vakitlo sirimalle chettu is a sensible movie as it's caption suggests "Simple But Beautiful"[/b][/color]
