So ipdu na doubt enti ante ee employer dgra nenu EB2 lo file cheyocha?? Lawyer ni adigite cheyochu anadu but murthy forums lo chustunte we cannot file in Eb2 ani cheptunnaru. So evaraina ilanti situation lo file chesara plz help friends........ Thanks in advance!!!!!

Jatka Bandi Posted January 14, 2013 Report Posted January 14, 2013 then you cannot apply in EB2..... being with your employer is not a problem.... but your employer should be in a position to change the job profile for that which needs a Masters degree.... think of it this way.... neku Masters raka munde hire chesukunnadu... it means that your job profile doesn't need an advanced degree... then later you got Master's, job profile change cheyaka pothe EB2 kinda ela apply chestav? EB2 doesn't mean that u will be qualified to apply in it if you have a Master's degree, it means that your job profile should need a Master's degree.....
