mustang302 Posted January 15, 2013 Report Posted January 15, 2013 Dont worry,while applying for a STEM Ext..USCIS is gonna ask for an employer letter...so simple..just mention any random dates as employed with ur current employer on the letter not more than 90 days as unemployed period..!! u dont haev to show any paystubs coz first OPT can be paid or unpaid job..So dont have to worry abt the status,mae sure ur employer is E-Verified..thats it..!! ATB..!!
Doomsdaypaprayudu Posted January 15, 2013 Report Posted January 15, 2013 Initial opt Iythe no need to worry...You can show your Consultancy as the place your are working or trained as a unpaid intern...so dont worry just make sure u update the school with e verify number of the consultancy.....OPT ext lo iythe you need to have a paid job......
