Visakhapatnam, Jan 15: Former MLA Gandi Babji filed a case against the director and producer of Ram Charan starrer Nayak for using his name for the co-villain.

He lodged the complaint with the Pendurti police on Tuesday evening.

Babji earlier staged a dharna near the theatre protesting against naming the villain after him. He told the media that he talked to V V Vinayak and the director assured to change the name. He now filed the case as the name was not changed.
