Genre-mystery/psychological thriller-A newly wed couple travelling on thier honeymoon in vegas desert take a wrong turn onto a different freeway and turn off the lights for some fun,Come across a man who has been badly hit by an accident...without knowing anything about the man,the couple try to help the man and try to reach him to safety byt the man has other intentions...so who is that man and will the couple reach him to safety is the rest of the movie

Another underrated gem of a movie..very dark,chilling, and there is an unknown humour attached to the movie.The entire movie is shot in night so the cinematography is very good and also the acting by the lead male Thomas jane who also directed the movie(The punisher-hero).The psychological effect to the movie is shown in the last 30 min's of the movie.U can guess the twist if u've seen these kind of movies but still it keeps you engaged through out as the atmosphere is very dark and there is barely any light in some scenes.the final pursuit scenes are awesome u remember NFS game in those scenes.
Again the climax is interpreted in several ways..Best way is to look into IMDB discussion boards..Good plot twits and ending

Overall a Delightful watch for Psychological thriller fans

Genre-Thriller/Action-A man checks into a hotel in NYC gets onto the ledge on 21st floor and is ready to commit suicide.2 policemen and a Negotiator try to calm him down and stop him but they quickly realize that there is something Bigger happening rather than a simple suicide..So what is his plan and who is that man is the rest of the movie

One awesome entertaining Film..The suspense is just too good.Plot holes here and there but fantastic screenplay and cinematography.Nice acting by sam worthington and Elizabeth banks as the negotiator...A fast paced thriller with a fantastic twist towards the end.The Whole Building scenes are nicely shot..

Genre-Drama/mystery/thriller-A father,Psychiatrist invites his 3 daughters 3 of them named Ambers after he left their mothers to a lake and tries to sort out their lives after he learns that each daughter is suffering from a different psychic disorder.He plans on conducting a session one day but each daughter is furious about his father and leaves the place in anger.The next day his father is found dead near the lake so the police question the three daughters.So what happened that night and who killed his father is the rest of the movie

Another nice Who dun it thriller...Slow screenplay but keeps you hooked to the screen all the 3 daughters did a fine job.the cinematography and editing was excellent.Simple story crafted into a delightful thriller.The ending twist was just too good.You keep on guessing who has done it until the very last twist.Never saw that coming

Comes a bright day

Genre-Drama/romance/thriller-An ambitious bell boy in a five star hotel has plans to start his own restaurant with the help of a friend who is a chef.One day his master gives him a costly watch and tells him to remove few links from the watch from an antique shop across the street.On his way he accidentally comes across a beautiful girl who is an employee of that store.Stunned by her beauty,he visits the shop on a purpose of asking her out,but suddenly 2 robbers barge into the antique shop and are the Owner,girl and the boy are taken hostage.Rest of the movie is how they get out

This is more of a drama than the thriller..The Dialogues and screenplay are good.Imogen Poots who played mary is just beautiful.again plenty of plot holes and story is dragged towards the end.Nice acting by the store owner and the robbers.Nice little twist towards the end.Movie tries to be cute but succeeds only partly..Overall a decent flick should've been better

Genre-Drama/Mystery/History-The true story about elizbeth bathory and her sadism towards virgin girls who used to kill them for their blood and used to bath in it on a belief that it would make her look younger.The movie depicts the rise and fall of the countess and many conspiracies weather she has done it or it's just plain politics by the then hungarian government to remove her from her position and draw her to a death trial

Julie delpy is one of the most talented actresses and once again she proves her mantle..briliiant acting and direction by julie delpy..all the cast and cinematographer did a fantastic job in capturing the castles of hungary.the killings are shown gruesomely and are quite disturbing at times...The fact remains that she has killed over 650 virgins but there was no proof in the history so the script and writing are a bit cliched but must watch for Julie delpy.

Genre-Crime/Thriller/Disturbing/Foriegn/Hong kong-I wanted to put this in the horror movie section but somehow i felt that it deserves to be classified as a thrilling subject.Coming to the film,A serial killer who targets pregnant women is on the loose and the police is desperately looking for him.Finally they catch the serial killer and try to extract the motive behind the killings.After thorough investigation by the higher officials,it is shown that he has a completely different story and is on the stake of revenge.
So what exactly is his revenge and why is he targeting the Women is the rest of the movie

Brilliant revenge thriller on the shades of I Saw the devil...Beautifully crafted and shot.The cinematography Music are just brilliant.The movie is shown in chapters.Upto the third chapter,the movie has a very swift pace and highly engaging.the killings are disturbing and way too graphic.The revenge part is shown brutally so is the rape part.The problem wih the movie is that it has a very wafer thin story line and doesn't exploit other characters and also the climax is a bit weird.I think the director wanted to draw a very thin line between Revenge and forgiveness but only succeeds in showing it partially.If you can ignore the pace of last 2 chapters,The movie is simply mind blowing.Terrific acting by the leads.I really din;t understand the ending may be they are two versions but Overall a disturbing and bloody revenge flick
