There is one more option (not best one).. Follow this if your unable to get client letter.. Submit the following documents (If you are unable to get client letter on time)
1) Contract between vendor and employer
2) contract between client and vendor ( Need to please vendor for this)
3) Vendor letter saying you cant get the client letter..
This scenario worked for 2 of my friends..
