How Many Days Before Parents Apply For Visa

I want my parents to be in US in june , when can they apply for B1 visa , is there any time limit like if you apply now and if you get your visa is there any time limit to board the flight

no limit,,,,parents ki b1 visa oka 10 years vasthadi...vachaka eppudaina ravachu povachu.....but have to cross border every 6 months
