[/quote] chinna suggestion college ki apply chese badulu parallel ga inko h1b apply cheyohcu kada.. na case lo first time file chesi napudu query padindi.. lawyer mostly reply chesina reject avtundi.. so manam ee query ki reply chesi.. kotta h1b kuda apply chedamu parallel ga.. so status problem radu ..first di reject aina ani.. ala chesaru second h1b without client letter 2 and half months lo 3 yrs ki approval vachindi... anyway..nuvu college ki kuda money spend cheyali kada.. dani badulu ila chestademo adugu

[/quote] good one.. april 1st ke malli cheyagalavu.. grace time em undadu.. reply ichaka wait cheyatame... adi 1 week avachu..1 year avachu.. let us say response 1 week lo vachesindi anukundamu.. reject aindi.. then out of status kada(already h1 lo unte) so query ki reply chesinapudu kota h1 file kuda cheseste aipotundi.. but i don think it is possibel now..
