nenu currently working in IT. 3 years avutoindi.. h1 lo unna.. naa previous degree IT related kadu, and i started to do a IT masters degree in US. naa IT degree nov 2013 ki aiyipotadi
ma employer eb3 lo green card chesta annadu. once naa masters degree aiyaka eb2 ki port chesta annadu

eb3 to eb2 port avataniki emina complications untaya..eppudu cheyali ee porting process ,labour clear aiyaka leka i140 clear aiyaka.

or

should i just wait untill my masters is complete and apply in eb2?

or just apply in eb3 for now and later port back to eb2?

which is a better option?
