- 6-8 years of testing or quality assurance experience required.
- Have experience in Healthcare (good to have)
- Have experience in pharmacy (nice to have)
- Being able to review requirements, as well overseeing the test cases developed.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborative, as needed, and to appropriately prioritize required.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines with many interruptions required.
- Self-motivated and able to grasp new concepts quickly required.
- Ability to resolve problem; take initiative, and to identify and propose new tasks and procedures required.
- Have strong HL7 background (good to have)
- Have very strong analytical skill set
- Have very strong testing background
- Has worked on multiple large projects and understand big applications and their impacts.
- Being able to develop project plans, as well as driving the team toward the plan
- Oversee onshore coordinator, and overall deliverable assigned to the group.
- Being able to work with business and gather requirements,
