worstandhra Posted January 18, 2013 Report Posted January 18, 2013
nee daggara stuff vunte .. UK ayina Uganda ayina okkate .... job vasthadi .... market tho sambhandam ledu ... may be depends on the TECH
There are many exceptions and deviations mama..... As a geenral rule, yes, 'you should have stuff to be able to perform in IT job, or any job or any business as well'. But as per IT, the situations vary: In US & Canada, it very easy to get a decently paid job in almost any domain in IT. In India, as of now (still) it is even more (relatively) easy to get an IT job. Be it, Java, .NET, BO, DB, SAP, BI, you name it, you will surely get it. As you develop more stuff, you can climp up quickly on growth ladder. But in countries like UK, it depends more on domain rather than technology. If you have experience in Investment Banking, Gaming or advanced Bio-technology, then only you are good. Otherwise, it would be really dificult to get a decently paid job in UK even with 10 years of experience in general technologies like Java, .NET. Also growth is big concern in developed economies. Job switching & subsequent relocations are additional problems in advanced countries.
