Is Perdiem Payment Legal ?.

Naa employer naaku every month kontha amount separate ga Perdiem ani pay chestunnadu apart from my salaray. Is this type of payment legal, nenu ippudu H1B transfer ki apply chestunnanu and naa attorney recent pay stubs submit cheyamannaru. Andulo "PERDIEM" ani mention chesi undi. as long as u have proper pay stubs and W2 forms ....and yearly pay as per the docs submitted to INS

I have monthly pay stubs and naa current employer is giving me W-2 forms as well...
