I am looking for a practical solution for my issue.. I used up almost 75 days in my first opt w/o job. now coz of opt extention i got another 30 days with out job. The count down already started. 1. My opt end on march 2014. Now on Opt extention. 2. Lost my ft job in a small company. ( core embedded testing job) 3. March 2 2014 daka OPT undi kabatti, [b]capgap use chesskogalana or not[/b]?? ippudu naku unna options entante, 1. find another FT job ( chances takkuve ) 2. If i shift to IT, with out project H1 enta mandhi file chestaro talleeyadhu? Salesforce lo teeskundam anukuntunnanu. Or else safe situation lo unde jobs emunnayi?? H1 quota ayypokamundhu [b]job vastunda?[/b] In case[b] RFE padithe [/b], tech enduku shift ayyavu ante employer justify cheskovatam easy aa or diffucult?? H1's april 1st open avutayi... apply chesinake cap gap lo vuntav.... ne opt expire ayyae time ki H1 inka apply cheyaledu.. so out of status.... neku vunna option ee yr pakka H1 apply cheyyali...... try finding a good FT job as early as possible.... safe side may 1st lopala kottali ani pettuko... else contracting back up ga vunchukovali....
