For some reason she wants to take a break, wanted to convert to H4. situation enti ante, enko 2 weeks lo F1 fee pay cheyyali, they want to change the status before tht. Option1: my frd wants to apply for H4 (sending docs to uscis) but this might take about 2 months - how this works ???? application uscis receive chesukunte saripodda ? F1 fee paycheyakapothe out of status ayipotunda ??? Option 2: i am suggesting to go to canada and get H4 stamped .... for this, does he need any additional documention for H4 specific other than any first time H4 coming frm ind (H1 + marr cert) please suggest ... enka emaiana options unte ...
