i think u just installled client (SSMS)...you might have not installed Server ( Database engine )...neeku vachina error server not available unte vastundi..so check..

aday database engine download koditay dorakatledu

kali ee 2 options unayi antay

so u have to install database engine also..full version....aithe nuvvu only client e install chesav......sql server developer version or edo untadi trail version,..adi download cheuko,,,,or torrentz lo vethikithe untadi full version,,,download chesi install chesko,,,
