my dear bysons lets disco your today improvements....my day1 that iz today iz successfully comp with whey shake...

since am out of form , did some basic things today.

1.ran 2 miles at 6.2
2.pushups 20reps in 2 mins
3.ran 1 mi at 5
4.situps-40 1 rep
5.stretches
6.biceps-20pounds 1 rep.

eating chapatiz daal tonigh(no energy to get chicken breasts will grab som tom.)
