Urgent Travel: Vancouver To Hyd On 221G

I am in Vancouver for h1 stamping, but am issued 221g and I need to travel India urgently. I am on visiting visa in Canada, f1 visa expired mid 2012 and my i797 is still with embassy. I want to know which is safest (from immigration stand point at connecting spot), flights are Jet airways (via London), Lufthansa (via Frankfurt Germany), Cathy Pacific (via Hong Kong), Qatar (Via Doha), china airlines (via china).

asalu ne problem enti vayya?? just buy the cheapest ticket and leave....there will be no immigration check in connecting points..no body will check you visa while you are leaving the country....btw for your situation...hope the best for you

avoid travelling via European countries .. valid visa lekunda travel cheyakudadhu..

I guess u need to worry about ur I-797 while getting back into the USA..

While going back to India.. No one will worry about your visa status in the United States.

So check on the options while travelling back into the USA,., While travelling ot India.. check the cheapest airlines or . the airlines whichever convenient for you to go to India..

Anyhow talk to the Attoreney of your company before you leave Canada regarding your query or 221G and all..
