i think first they will grade all Universities based on some factors: Public/Private, State/Federal Funding, Admission requirements (Some lafoot colleges dont need GRE/TOEFL. they should be exempted.also AUDIT should be made of those schools following illegal immigration practices like awarding CPT before completing 6 months study etc etc)

Ivvi anni ayyesariki it will take time but they should do it honestly giving first preference to genuine master students.

This is just my 2 cents.

Mostly manchi state funded universities anni will be included.. Herguan, UNVA, Startford, Bridgeport, ITU, lamar lanti chinna universities ni include cheyyaru..

But the whole process will take between two to three years and mostly next elections ki oka 6 months mundu it will go live to maximize the support from Hispanic voters..

Ee saari term lo Immigration reform will pass for sure. Endukante this time Republicans are also supporting it to gain voter base.. Next elections lopu Immigration reform will pass and mostly GCs for individuals with advance degrees in STEM fields will be included in this bill as both Republicans and democrats are in agreement with this.

But the only problem is the whole process and the implementation will take 2 to 3 years.. so we have to wait until then..

If it goes well then that's well and good ...Same thing happened once in 2004 they tried to change immigration reforms but both the groups withdrawn at peak time due to some complication which will effect their economy...So that's not that easy !!!

Previously Republicans never supported the immigration reform except for a few members.. But this time Republicans themselves are pushing this bill forward.. Analysts are saying that there is a very good chance that immigration reform will pass before the next presidential elections..
