E stage lo I120 doubt ee...try cheyachu but no gurantee...H1 extension reject ayyite within a certain period of time MTR(motion to reopen) ani edo vuntundi adi ventane file cheyatamee....basically reject chesinaa application ni reopen chepinchatam...but this has to be within a certain time period anukuntaanu... best thing is to hire an immigration attorney to handle the MTR

[/quote] student visa ki sambandam emundi ??? as long as he get the valid i20 ... @thrd starter - ur already out of status ... .naaku telisi u can not xfer h1 now ... this might effect ur gc process also ... status kosam u can try for univ antha cheptunnatlu ... but intha late ga not sure u get any spring admissions ...
