My I-797 (H1B Approval notice) is valid until January 2013 being full time employee. New company filed my H1B visa transfer in January 2013. I got request for evidence (RFE) due to delay in filing visa extension and not providing any evidence for untimely visa extension filing.[/size][/font][/color] [color="#1b150e"][font="Times New Roman, serif"][size="3"]My questions are as below.[/size][/font][/color] [color="#1b150e"][font="Times New Roman, serif"][size="3"]1) Would I be able to get H1B visa transfer petition approved?[/size][/font][/color] [color=rgb(27,21,14)]2) Which documents should I provide in response?[/color] [color=rgb(27,21,14)]Thanks[/color]

prasadkvv Posted January 28, 2013 Report Posted January 28, 2013 ur attorney can reply saying that, as per rules H1 extension is filed before previous I-797 expires. attorney has evry right to appeal this case.....all the best... actual ga vaallu nee I94 expire aindi kaabatti late ga apply chesavu ani RFE ichi vuntaru...but I797 is still valid kabatti appeal cheyyochu..
