vunnadi kuda vudipoyiddi for sure...use almond/olive oil thts it,,, healthy meals n regular exercises are recommended

neenu konni roojul vaadi maanesaanu bhayya.. malla vaadatledhu.. i will start doing that again..

aithe another thing that i started suing is biotin.. which is good for hair, nailss, and skin.. cvs, walgreens lo dorukuddhi.. oka week ayyindhi vaadi.. too early to sya anything.. aithe .. emanna effect undheemo cheptha.. it will not help hair regrowth.. kaani.. it helps stopping hair fall..

Neenu chalane vadina bhayya..almondoil+castor oil mix, nugengold hair oil etc etc.. nothing worked. Meditation chesa bhayya oka 2 weeks adi matram for sure effect undi hairfall complete ga stop indi.. oka one month...malli manesa pressures perigai malli started..

hair fall ki oil raste use untadhi kanni ....food kuda chala importnant ...hair growth ki intake kuda chala important ...Biotin is use for hair .and also try to take multi vitamin tablet ....Biotin use chesanu ....banne work ayindi ...hair fall koncham tagindhi naaku ....take a lot of protien.....for hair growth

i used it for more than 6 months no growth at all. naadi hereditary avatam vallo no ento kaani no growth. nijam chepplante vunnadi kuda koncham poyindi. use minoxydil on back head and paul mittchell in the front. idi better

bhayya thanks reyy.. inko kochen.. neenu some nature valley or some brand vaaduthunna biotin ki.. aithe. side effect google sesa.. emi leevu.. suggest me a good multivitamin tab reyy.. adhi kuuda eeskunta.. if that has no side eppects.. thanks in advance..

swarry.. almond and castor oil mix.. bhayya.. kaani continous ga use cheyyaleedhu.. i hsd do it again..

India lo mana vallu madharaaku nuune kuuda chsthaaru. thats the best.. herbal with no side effects what so ever. mandara puvvu chettu aakulani.. pindi hesi oil ni kaachi daaniloo ivi kalapaali.. thats it.. ikkada dorakadam kastham.. India lo aithe veezeay..

naadi hair fall problem kaadu bayya .. heredity problem ......juttu bagane undedi oka 2 yrs mundu varaku ... mellaga battathala start ayindi ... e madyane india ki velli gundu cheyinchu kunna .. so emina precautions ippude tisukunte better kada ani thinking ...

but meditation ela help avutundi bhayya ..
