Wh4 form edo vuntundi adi file cheyali DOL tho...but situation antha varaku raadhu..your employer might pay if you tell him that you will report him to DOL

Why don't you settle down with your employer .... For each and every reason IRS is not a smallthing
And it's not the solution

Better discuss with your employer and inform to your prime vendor stating all these info
