They need not wait for dates to be current. Second Preference EB2 quota...if First is implemented then EB2 quota is left with people who ported their applications from EB3 to EB2 and having degrees from India...So dates fast ga move aithai veelaki... (TVU, Nova, Stratford etc etc are encouraged to apply in EB2) Then concentrate on illegal immigrants...there should be some benefit of being a legal immigrant right. its common sense.

[/quote] i think if this new quota is placed then wait will be lesser than EB2 and more than EB1. So instead of waiting for 5-10 years it may be a 2-3 yr wait which is acceptable. But again people in L1 visas are eligible for EB1 then why cannot F1(Masters/Phd).. they can also lift per country limit on guys who have MS/PHD which will make all dates current for MS/PHD. Anything can happen. Nothing will happen. Nobody knows... But one thing is sure...if illegal immigrants were to be given a path then legal immigrants would have to get an easier path...thats commonsense.
