doing exercise daily for one hour, running or insanity workout in home will help i think

I wan to share my exp after reading this.. I got chest pain 2 weeks back went to ER..They said my heart condition is fine .I got some acid reflux back to chest becoz of eating too much spicy food before that day(Nothing to be worried)..Becareful what you eat .Maintain healthy diet avoid spicy and junk food.
