this list seems to be compiled with referrals from its clients.

salesforce on top is a joke..

my top innovators are IBM, Samsung, GE, Microsoft, Toshiba, Sony based on number of patents filed, and number of licenses sold.

Congrats for BHEL though. I heard some nice things about it. but definitely top 10 is a bit of a reach.
