H1B ma employer apply chesadu. Now, i got a FT, and H1B transfer chestunaru, already apply chesaru, so probably inko 3 days lo vachestundi. So na question enti ante, oka vela kotha H1B vachaka, FT job lo immediate ga join avvala, leka old project lo 2 weeks notice ichi pani cheyyocha, old H1 paina ???

According to US labor law you can quit any company with a 15 day notice if you did not sign any contract.

Ippati daaka manage chesa bagane, like old employer ki telidu naku FT vachindani and my H1B transfer lo undi ani I dont think i signed any contract, sign chesa but adi only for one year vallatho untaanu ani, i have been with them for 3 years now. So lite, adi issue kaadu.
