HeathLedger Posted February 2, 2013 Report Posted February 2, 2013 Hi AFDB friends, I have a quick question about H-1-B spon-sor-ship. My employer wants to file my H-1-B this year and it has an agreement which says that "It is illegal for me to work for another employer using my company H-1-B petition as the H-1-B status is employer specific.". Now, does this mean that, if for some reason I quit the job and want to join another organization, I cannot transfer my H-1-B? Will my status goes void? Kindly, please clarify these questions. Any further information greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. -HeathLedger
