New H1 Rules Valla Antha Matuku Laabam?

naaku enduko there will be little to be gained by this new rule. and by this i meant

1) already the market is down. and no news in US is positive about the economy. eppudu H1 cap increase cheyatam valla there will be more competition
2) IT jobs have become very cheap now. becouse of the flood from india
2) rates are very bad now. and they are coming down every year. with opt studens the rates especially down now
3) GC is not as precious as it used to be in say 2007/08.
4) H1 dependents ki jobs cheesi valla advantage is very less. this will make even odd jobs very competitve for students and american citizens
5) there is very negative report about the new immigration bill from the americans ( i can understand their problems)
