[b]JOB DESCRIPTION:[/b]

The Salesforce developer will be responsible for SalesForce.com and Service Cloud development & maintenance projects. This is a hands-on role focused on identifying, planning, coding and implementing new Salesforce.com features and functions, (new screens, workflow, APEX code, Visual force pages, objects, reports, etc.) based on our customer’s needs. The candidate will be part of our customer projects to develop practical solutions through existing and/or new application systems technology, and will be responsible for the development, testing and ongoing support

[b]JOB REQUIREMENTS:[/b]
· Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or related technical field (or equivalent experience)
· 3+ years of proven development / software engineering experience
· Create functional/technical design documents
· Design and implement database enhancements such as custom objects fields, record types and workflows
· Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to support business operations
· Develop appropriate test scenarios and scripts
· Development and configuration of Salesforce.com instance using Best Practices

[b]QUALIFICATIONS:[/b]
· Some data modeling skills and experience with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server)
· Experience with Customer service (Service Cloud) platform and applications
· 3+ years of proven development experience using Apex, VisualForce, IDE, Eclipse
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
· Working knowledge of data management and ETL tools
· Ability to effectively work in team environment with varying skill set levels

· Ability to effectively work within a geographically diverse team
· Basic knowledge of SOAP, XML and workflow
· Experienced in integrating 3rd party systems with Salesforce.com
