Iphone Apps Cheyinchukovali. - Help

oka iphone app cheyinchukovali guys. like, app should be updated every day 8:30 EST. and static ip kavali, i.e, i should have hte control over IP, server etc. naa website lo data update cheyagane it should show as a popup to the iphone user who uses the app. moreover, i need a secure connection in case any payments are supposed to be made through the app itself.
