one reason i can think of is... india lo salary raadu bhayya .. and unlike H1s , L1 is just a transfer .. once u r assignment is done , nuvvu back vellipovaali to india .. or if u r manager hates u , u have to go back .. or manager ki goal iste to maintain good offshore-onsite ratio .. u have to go back .. chaaala uncertainity lo untundi valla life .. That may be the reason they/we are greedy or try to save money .. and also pay is low ... 10$ is not a matter to u but it matters a lot to them .. Everyone here to earn some money ..
